Agile Kitchen is iLean’s free, quarterly community event for people who care about Agile in practice – not just in theory.
Each edition dives into a real-world topic that Agile teams wrestle with every day: from team dynamics and product decisions to leadership challenges and organisational change. You won’t find lectures or sales pitches here – just thoughtful, hands-on sessions where practitioners share what works (and what doesn’t) in their context.

Practice over theory
Every edition digs into a real problem Agile teams face, with practitioners who share what works and what doesn't.
A room worth being in
Connect with critical thinkers from across the industry who ask hard questions and share what they know generously.
Refreshingly no-nonsense
No sales pitch, no polished success story. You get the honest version, including the parts that went wrong, because that is usually where the useful learning is actually hiding.

Agile Kitchen is built for agile coaches, team leads, change agents, and developers who work with software teams every day.
No technical background needed. If you work with developers, you'll follow.
If you want honest conversations instead of polished success stories, and practical ideas.
This is the best classroom training I ever had in my professional life – on any subject! Thanks again.
What stuck with me was how much came from the other participants and how we learned so much from each other. Very nice format!
The two days flew by. I expected a theory course and got a workshop instead. It was great!
We run this training in-house too, tailored to your team and context.
Every certified training includes the course itself, the certification and a full set of materials:
You receive the official certificate for the course you attend, issued by the certifying body rather than by iLean. Our Scrum courses lead to Scrum Alliance certificates: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM).
Courses that are not tied to an external certification, such as our Advanced Product Owner training and Leading with Obeya, come with an iLean certificate of attendance.
Pick your date on our training overview and register via our website. You add the session to your cart and complete the checkout, after that you’ll receive your confirmation by email. We will create an invoice and send it to you via email afterwards.
Every date on our website lists its venue, language, trainer and price up front.
Yes, our certified trainings are eligible for KMO-portefeuille. Indicate that you want to use it during your registration and we will send you the further instructions. Don’t forget to also register the training on the ‘KMO Portefeuille’-platform using our recognition number: DV.O 246005.
We send your invoice digitally via email after registration.
Get in touch with us as soon as you know (at least 3 weeks in advance, except for illness) and we will go over the different options with you, whether that is moving you to a later date or transferring your seat to a colleague.
Our open trainings are booked one person at a time, so each colleague completes their own registration. If you are sending a whole team, an in-house training is usually the better option: you get the group together, at your location, with the content aimed at your own context. Often at a lower cost per person.
